@Rushiafer If you believe you are still getting hacked after resetting your security information with an Advisor, I would recommend untrusting any device you don't recognize and you may want to scan your device as well to ensure it is not compromised as well. Once you have verified the devices you use should be secure as well, then you can reach back out to an EA Advisor for them to check your account security.

 

Some things to keep in mind are: Have you sign in on another device, Don't share your account information with others or post it, Check your device for any malware or suspicious programs that could be harmful.

@IndyOfComo To check do you have any anti-virus, firewall, or additional security running on your device? I agree all servers showing the same thing is odd, and it looks like the UOTrace's you attached are not fulling completing or connecting to our server address, my first guess would be something could be blocking the connection. - Illium
