If you believe you have missing in-game items, you will need to reach out to an EA Advisor for them to further investigate this issue.

- Illium@kurowsz Sometimes items like coins can take some time to show on your account, After 24hrs has passed if you have already restarted apex and you still do not see your coins, please reach out to an EA Advisor for them to further look into your account.
@2018016581 Apologies for the late response, Based on what you had mentioned wanted to look into this further. If Apex is showing to install again I would first recommend seeing if you can find the installation location to see if it is still there. To be on the safe side you may want to clean your device with something similar to CCleaner and reinstall apex. In addition based off your DXDiag can you also check the following?
