The Terms of Service team reviews cases as they come in. If they are working through a lot of cases their investigation may take some time. Unfortunately we don't have a way to see exactly how long that might be, but the TOS team will get back to you as soon as they can.

This usually happens when you live in a location where Apex packs can't be sold because of local laws. If you don't live in one of these locations make sure you aren't currently using a VPN. That can sometimes cause issues like this.
If you're not on a VPN it might be an issue with the location settings on your account. Make sure that your account is set to the correct region, and see if you're able to purchase packs after that.

We've made a few updates over the past week that have helped with some of the issues, but it looks like some people are still having trouble. We're still investigating this and working on getting the issues fixed.

I saw that you mentioned you had already tried changing DNS servers, but did you also try setting a static IP for your PS4? If not, can we give that a shot to see if it helps?
The Port Forward website has some instructions on how you can set a static IP address. If you're able to give that a try, please let me know if you're still running into the same error message afterward.

First, have you had the chance to try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that helps? If there's anything else running that could be interfering with the controller inputs, that could help to get around it.
