Another thing we could try is setting a static IP on the Xbox. The Port Forward website has some instructions on how to set that up.

If you haven't already, can we try setting a different DNS on your Xbox to see if that makes a difference? I've seen some cases where setting a different DNS can help. 

 

You can change the DNS on your Xbox using the steps below: 

 

  1. Open your Xbox Settings and go to General
  2. Select Network Settings
  3. Select Advanced Settings
  4. Select DNS Settings
  5. Select Manual
  6. Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary DNS. This is the public Google DNS, but I've also heard that using ...

When you open a pack the items inside would be added to your account automatically, even if you don't actually see the pack opening animation. 

 

Have you had the chance to double-check and see if there's anything new on your account? Did you see if you might have more crafting metals than you did before?

As far as I know that isn't a supported resolution for Apex Legends. The lowest resolution the game supports is 960x540.

There is no cross-platform progression in Apex Legends, I'm afraid. If you start playing on PS4 it would be with a fresh account. Your progress wouldn't carry over from PC.

I'm afraid this error usually points to corrupt data. You may need to reinstall the game in order to fix this.

Which datacenter are you usually connecting to? Have you tried switching to any others to test and see if it makes any difference?

If you don't recognize the email address, it's possible that someone else was able to access the account. Please get in touch with the EA Help team as soon as you can so they can take a look and see if they can help you get logged back in.
