I saw a similar report recently where disabling audio enhancements in Windows actually helped stop this from happening. Would you mind giving that a try to see if it makes a difference for you? You can disable enhancements using the steps below: 

1. Open the Windows Control Panel

2. Click Hardware and Sound

3. Click Sound to open the Sound Properties window

4. Right-click your default sound device (it will have a green check mark)

5. Click Properties

6. Click the Enhancements tab

7. Check the box that says Disable all enhancements

8. Click Apply,...

It sounds like someone other than yourself may have accessed the account while you weren't using it. I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team when you've got a chance so they can take a look.

Just like the PC version, that usually points to an account region issue on Xbox. There are some locations where coins can't be purchased because of local laws. If you don't live in one of these places then your account might be set to the wrong region. 

 

It would be best to get in touch with Xbox Support so they can take a look at that. You can find more info on how to contact them at the Xbox Support site

Account bans aren't something we'll be able to help with here on Answers HQ. If you haven't already please get in touch with the Terms of Service team so they can review your account. They will need to see if the account ban can be lifted.

Do you currently have your video card overclocked? If so, can you try reverting it back to the factory clock speed to test and see if that makes any difference? 

 

Also, if you currently have G-Sync enabled can you try disabling it to see if anything changes as well?

I haven't heard about any account bans just for crashes. There are some cases where I've seen people run into abandon penalties though, which is definitely rough. 

 

I know the team has been looking into the crashing issues that people have been seeing recently, but I'm afraid I don't have a time frame on when it might be fixed. Hopefully it's something we can get fixed soon so it stops happening.

I'm afraid that account bans aren't something we can help with here on Answers HQ. 

 

That said, the TOS team does review ban appeals on a case-by-case basis. If they reviewed your account and determined that the ban can't be overturned, I'm afraid the account would remain banned.
