Are you getting a particular error code? If so, what is the error code you've been seeing?

Looking through the diagnostic section it seems like some Windows processes have been crashing. Have you had the chance to try running the Windows System File checker to see if finds any issues? I am wondering if that might be what's causing the errors in Easy Anti-Cheat.

Usually this happens when you live in a location where packs can't be sold because of local laws. If you don't live in one of these locations it may be an issue with the location settings on your account. If your account is set to the wrong location it could cause issues with the pack store.
I'd recommend double-checking and making sure that your account location is set correctly. If you're having any trouble please reach out to the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look.
