Saying that, contacting the ToS team is only advisable if you believe the ban you received was added by mistake/no rules were broken. There is no purpose reaching out to the ToS team aside from that as they will not overturn bans if the rules were bro...

I appreciate you reaching out to us, but I'm afraid we can't assist with account bans here on Answers HQ. It would be up to the Terms of Service team to review the account and see if the ban was mistakenly added/the rules weren't broken.
If they determined that the ban should remain in place, that means the rules were confirmed as broken during their investigation and the account will stay banned accordingly.

If you believe the ban you received was added by mistake and no rules were broken, then popping in an appeal to the Terms of Service team was the correct thing to do. They look into it and will lift the ban if the investigation confirms no rules were broken. Keep an eye on your email, they'll reach out to you from the address: "[email protected]".
