Can you double-check the skins tab and see what shows up there atm? 

  1. Go to the Loadout tab.
  2. Click the Skins tab.
  3. If you have an Heirloom or Prestige item, you’ll see it in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
  4. Check Equip to use it in-game.

Heirloom or Prestige items appear with an Equip checkbox in the Skins tab from your Loadout.

I'm sorry to hear that. It's never a great feeling to discover your account has been compromised and banned. We really can't look into this from the forums though. The Terms of Service team is the only team who handles ban. To have this looked into to see if a ban was added correctly or by mistake, you'll need to contact them. You can reach them by filling out the webform and that'll send in an appeal to that team.

I'm sorry but we're limited in the support we can offer on Answers HQ. We don't have any ability to make changes to your EA account, can't grant access to the game, lift locks or fast track things.

There is no alternative method to have your ban looked into either. The Terms of Service team will need to review this for you, getting that ban appeal sent in using the steps I shared in my earlier post will be the only way to have this reviewed further at this point.
