I can't help you figure out how to circumvent a permaban. Bans are added by Terms of Service for a reason and we won't offer support or advice on how to get around those bans.

Suspensions can vary depending on the account history and the activity that led to the action being taken. 

 

In many cases a suspension will last a week while a ban is permanent, but you should also receive an email with more information regarding any action taken on your account. Could you check out your email inbox (spam and junk folders too just incase) for an email from the address '[email protected]

I appreciate you reaching out to us, but I'm afraid we can't assist with account bans here on Answers HQ, nor can the EA Help Support team. Terms of Service team review any appeals sent in, they look at the account and see if the rules were broken or if the ban can be lifted. If they determined that the ban should remain in place, I'm afraid that means the account will stay banned.

 

If you have new or additional information that was not originally included in your appeals, and you feel would help with the ban review, you're welcome to create a new appeal. Ultimately, there are only so many times the same ...

It sounds like your account was originally set-up with a date-of-birth that'd make it a child account.

Legally, child accounts have to have restrictions in place to protect children while they are online, such as disabling chat options. Because of these laws, the support team cannot adjust the Date of Birth lightly. They need to ensure the account owner is the age they claim to be before they can make any changes to the Date of Birth registered to the child account.
