Afraid that would not be possible for us to provide via the forums, or if you've not heard back from the tournament team, sorry.

You're welcome to try reaching out via the email again, but currently the available functionality for everyone would be what's included in the Custom Lobby options at the moment.

Are you still running into this issue?

 

Please be sure you have the Steam overlay enabled as this can cause issues making in-game purchases if disabled.

 

The Steam support page here has more information regarding getting this option enabled if needed.

Hey @darumaWMA,

 

As @XHelperZ  mentioned, the Custom Lobby option is now available directly in-game, and you'll no longer need to reach out to the email from that page for approval.

 

There are minimum player requirements depending on the mode you're trying to play, but aside from those you should be able to create your own Custom Lobbies at will to play with your subscribers. Standard smile...

Any ban you're seeing would be applied to the account itself, so simply using a new or different computer wouldn't allow you to enter the game from a banned account.

We are not able to discuss or change any details about your account or the action taken here on the forums as these are public boards. 

 

That said, one other thing to consider is that when a name is reported, we also have to take into consideration how it's commonly used or viewed by other members of the community, even if that may not be the intention.

Dive trails are temporary and will only last the season after they're earned. 

 

A season 12 Dive Trail would have been available during Season 13, but now that we're in Season 16 you'd only have access to whichever Dive Trail you may have earned for Season 15.

Hey @Blazinown,

 

I believe there may be some confusion with these packs. They don't actually contain Apex Coins, but rather the Crafting Metals in-game currency.

 

The last of these packs I see being opened back on March 3rd contained 600 Crafting Metals which were added to your account correctly.

 

Fortunately it doesn't appear anything went missing in this case, and you should have those Crafting Metals still available to use. Standard smile
