We cannot make any changes to your account here on the forums, sorry.
For changes made to an EA Account such as linking your own account to another EA Account, you'll need to speak with our support so they can try to verify and remove that link.
I understand you've contacted support once already, but you would need to continue working with them to get this cleared up.

We cannot help you with this on the forums, sorry. The only way to attempt to restore content lost from an unlink would be to re-link the same accounts.
If the same accounts have already been re-linked without that content appearing again, there is nothing more that can be done.

Just looking over things briefly, it does look like there have been some platform unlinks involved with this situation. I understand that may have been done while the account was compromised, however any unlinks can cause issues so this may be what's caused the content to be lost here.

It sounds like this probably happened while you were away from the game, but fortunately it doesn't look like anything was reset here.
Since you still have your stats and items, this looks like your account's just leveled up to 501.
Back in Season 14, we increased the level cap from 500 to essentially 2000. You'll just be able to level from 1 - 500 four separate times, which allows more Apex Packs to be earned through leveling.
The green background in the level 1 border is what's giving it away in this case, so you're essentially just level 1 of the second set of 500 levels....

Gotcha, so it's a pretty old account.
The EA Account you're posting with here is actually very new, so it wouldn't have progress older than the last month or so.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress. That seems to be what happened here since this is a newer EA Account.

It looks like you're logging into a new account that hasn't accessed Apex in the past. If you had played for over two years, that was on a different account.
Try checking any other accounts or emails you may have used in the past.
If you can't recall or can no longer access an older account, you'll need to contact support directly so they can take a look.

The one you're posting with has the username XPSGS47.
The one in your screenshot has the username BlinkingMonster.
You'll need to try logging into Apex with the account you're currently posting from here on the forums.
