Hi @pixlheart,

If you have a negative coin balance, that means a refund was provided but your account had already spent the coins.

If you didn't request the refund, you'll want to check with Microsoft or anyone else who may have had access to the account to make that request on your behalf.

Any coins added to the account in the future would go towards repaying that negative value before being available for use on the account. Mako.png

Sorry to hear you had accidentally unlocked another legend with the wrong currency.

I'm afraid once that's selected and confirmed however, we aren't able to remove that to refund or exchange the coins for tokens unfortunately. Mako.png

I'm afraid heirlooms and other in-game purchases aren't able to be refunded or exchanged once the purchase is made, sorry.

 

I'd definitely suggest keeping an eye out for official news here for any other information as leaks can often be wrong, misleading, or incomplete.

While you're certainly not expected to remember everything, we do expect the account owner to be able to provide certain details about an account, including some things that should never change such as the date of birth of the registered account owner.

 

Ultimately, if our support team cannot verify enough information about an account, for security reasons they will not be able to make changes.

  Sorry to hear someone else had gotten into your account. To be clear, your account was not hacked by EA, but it certainly appears someone had access to your login information and had made some changes in the past.    Our support team actually locked the account to prevent further changes from occurring until we could verify the proper account owner. We are aware some Battle Passes appear to be reset or have missing progress. We're also looking into some reports of other content appearing that wasn't previously owned.

We're still working on the issue itself currently. Are you able to try the workaround posted above to change your console language?

That should let you play in the meantime, but is only a temporary workaround until we get this fixed up. Mako.png

Hey @xherkkuyt,

 

We're aware this error is still preventing the game from launching when using certain languages, and are still working to get this fixed up.

 

In the meantime you'll need to change your console language to something else, such as English. That should let you get back in-game while we continue working on the issue, thanks!

Did you open all 4 event packs, or just the first one or two before closing the screen?

If you had not opened all the packs before leaving the screen, the remaining event packs would have been opened automatically in the background just to make sure they were opened during the event timeframe. Mako.png

Just looking back at the event packs opened shortly before your posts here, I am seeing 4 event packs opened.

 

Fortunately, it looks like you had received not just 1, but actually 2 Legendary items within those packs.

 

I'm seeing both the Legendary CAR skin and the Legendary Mad Maggie skin on your account, so if those weren't noticed when the packs first got opened, you should be able to check back in your collection to find them. Standard smile...

Sorry to hear you had misunderstood how gifting works. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reverse or return gifts once you've selected the item, the purchase method, the player receiving it, and then confirm the above to actually send the gift.

 

Support would not be able to return this either I'm afraid.
