This would indicate to me that those cosmetics from your PSN account were left behind on whichever EA account it was linked to prior to linking to the same account that has your PC progress.

You wouldn't have been able to launch Apex without linking to an EA account, so if you were playing on PlayStation and then later linked that account to one on PC, it sounds like that original account is where those other cosmetics would still be located. Mako.png... Read more

Just to clarify a couple things, Cross Progression allows you to access the content on a single EA account from the platforms connected to that account. However, it is not possible to transfer or merge progress across separate accounts entirely.

 

So, if the progress was made on a separate EA account, there would not be a way to combine that with the current account, and you would not see that content when logging into this account.

While the issue is still ongoing, we currently do have a work around which will allow those who have received the Season 20 patch early to regain access to the game. To do this you will have to install and play the PS4 version of Apex Legends onto your PS5. We have included the instructions below.

If you no longer have access to the email associated with your EA account, our support team can help verify and update that information as needed.

 

Without access to the account, you would not be able to unlink the Xbox profile to link it to a different EA account.

 

Additionally, your progress is stored on the EA account, not individual platforms like Xbox. That would mean if you were to unlink the Xbox account and get that linked to a different EA account, you would lose all your progress in Apex.

 

Instead, it's typically better to just update the login information if this was linked to an email you can't access.

If you're trying to play on a system that has been hardware banned, you would need to have the original account holder appeal the ban with our Terms of Service team to see if that can be removed.

I'm sorry to say, the Buster Sword R5 heirloom can no longer be unlocked since the event has ended.

 

This one worked a bit differently than previous collection events and for the purposes of this particular crossover, the heirloom was not available outside the event itself.

 

Sorry that piece of info was missed, here's our original blog if you'd like to check back through that portion.

I can understand where you're coming from on that point, however we do not share specific information regarding which particular program was detected or when, as that type of info is extremely valuable to others who would wish to bypass our detection methods.

Hey @Linkles12,

 

There was an issue with the event packs where they would automatically open if the opening screen was left, whether that was intentional or due to a queue popping/crash, etc.

 

The items from the remaining packs are still added to your collection, so you've not missed out on any actual cosmetics - just the opening screens.

 

Apologies for the concern and confusion here, but fortunately the items did all end up in your collection properly.

We're aware this has switched back to Orientation matches after the Final Fantasy event, but that should be corrected within the next 10 - 15 minutes or so.

We're aware Orientation matches are currently showing up after the end of the Final Fantasy crossover event.

First off, congrats on finishing up Loba's prestige skin! 

 

The finisher is temporarily disabled, but it will be returning so you can pop that on and take it for a spin.
