Hey @ViperMom16,

I assume you mean that you're missing the items from your Xbox account? There's no cross-progression in Apex Legends right now, so if you swap platform to PC you'll need to start from a fresh account. All of your progress on Xbox will still be there, but it's not possible to transfer it to your PC.

Hey @Tqberk,

As of right now, there's absolutely no cross-progression between platforms, so resources, skins, levels, etc. are not transferable.

I know that the developers have mentioned several times in the past that they're planning on bringing cross-progression to Apex, but there's no word on a date for that yet.

Hey @the01c1,

There's no cross-progression between PC and PlayStation in Apex, so that would explain why you don't have your items or level. Once you go back to your PlayStation, all of your progress should be there again.

If you've bought them via the app, then they should appear once you launch the game from there, yeah. There's nothing else I can really recommend. Hopefully it won't take you too long to get your coins.
