Hey @daddyimmstuck @SmallwhitePeen,

I'm sorry to hear that you've both been having issues reaching out to live support. If you fill out your product and platform, try picking different problem categories, you should see an option to start a chat eventually. "Orders" -> "Orders not received" gives me the option to start a chat, can you try that on your end too?

Hey @Uronto_Telapoka,

Unfortunately in your example, no, you won't be able to link A to Y and B to X. An EA account can only have one of a particular type of account linked to it in its lifetime, so if you want to link X or Y to a different EA account you'll need to make EA account C.

If you're constantly being told to reset your password without that changing anything, then it's highly likely that your PlayStation account is linked to an old or disabled EA account. If you log in here with the EA credentials you're using, do you see your PlayStation account linked?

When exactly did you start playing on PC, do you know?

Also, is your account being treated as an entirely new player? No characters, skins, or anything at all unlocked?

You did just reach out to me with a different account just now. If you have multiple, can you quickly check all of them to make sure that that's not the account that has your progress? It might just be linked with an account you haven't tried yet.

I'm sorry for sending you back with the exact same step, but even if you're absolutely certain that this should be the account, I think it's worth checking your other accounts just in case.

Hey @BoyWonder_9009,

Everything should still be there alright, since it's all saved on the cloud. Maybe this is a very silly question to ask, but are you 100% sure that you've logged into the EA app with the correct account? It'd certainly be the simplest explanation.

I know you've just reinstalled it, but could you try repairing the game via the app just in case something went a little funky during installation?
