Like EA_Barry said, I'm afraid that we can't help with bans or ban disputes here on the forums. If you've emailed multiple times but they still haven't lifted your ban, then it's likely that the account will stay banned.

I know that if you're missing coins/items from a bundle, and you play on Steam, they often pop up if you launch the game via Origin. I'd say try verifying the integrity of your game cache first, but afterwards try downloading and launching the game via Origin.

I'm glad to hear that you have access to your account again. Do you get an error message when you try to play online? If so, what does the error message say?
