Like EA_Barry said, I'm afraid that we can't help with bans or ban disputes here on the forums. If you've emailed multiple times but they still haven't lifted your ban, then it's likely that the account will stay banned.

If you want to delete your account as well as all the data we have on you, you need to contact our live support here, and they can help you further. Make sure to tell them that you want to delete all the data as well as the account itself.

Unfortunately if the terms of service team has already denied removing your ban multiple times, then I'm afraid that there's no way to unban the account.

Hey @Volosity09,

 

I know that if you're missing coins/items from a bundle, and you play on Steam, they often pop up if you launch the game via Origin. I'd say try verifying the integrity of your game cache first, but afterwards try downloading and launching the game via Origin.
