@cozydeniss,

It's just that Apex can get very unstable if you unlink the platform you play it on from your EA account, but this can be fixed by linking it back to the original EA account. If you've linked it somewhere else, then this might be what's causing the issue.

It's strange that that's directing you back to us, since it's outside of the scope we can help with here on the forums. Can you try changing the problem from "Orders not received" to "Check order status"? That gives me the option to start a chat pretty consistently.

If you follow the support link, once you've picked your product and platform, try selecting different problem categories. You should get the option to chat eventually. There's a few under "Orders" or "Manage my account" that consistently give me the option to start a chat. It does tend to go faster than emails do.

Hey @Maddog242608,

Apex Legends doesn't support cross-progression, meaning if you want to swap from PlayStation to PC, you won't be able to transfer your progress. Your PlayStation progress will still be there for you, but if you haven't played on PC before you'll need to start from fresh there.

Unfortunately logging in to Apex via the EA app is the only way to get those coins. I understand that it's not ideal, but it's the only solution I can recommend.
