I don't entirely understand what you mean. So you made a new EA account for your PlayStation, and now you're missing your Steam progress? Did you unlink your Steam account and link that to your new EA account as well?

Hey @rustyheartt,

Thank you for letting us know about this. The good news is that the studio is aware of the issue and are working on a fix. A lot of players suddenly have access to heirlooms that they haven't actually gotten, but it's not going to have an effect on your account if that's something that you're worried about. It should be fixed pretty soon.

The studio is looking into this issue with heirlooms being equipable without being unlocked, and hopefully there should be a fix soon. There shouldn't be any repercussions on your account, don't worry, as a lot of players are getting this completely by accident. We'll just have to wait a little bit for this to get fixed.

Do you mean the heirlooms? Because this is a problem that's currently being looked into. Hopefully we'll get a fix for it soon.

I have good news that this isn't actually a bug! In Season 14, Respawn increased the level cap again. So when you hit level 500, you're reset back down to 1 and you go up a tier instead. There are three tiers to climb with 500 levels each, for a total of 2,000 levels. You can also earn more packs by levelling up now. Our website has a bit more information:

Hey @apexleotur10,

Unfortunately there is no cross-progression in Apex Legends. So if you switch from PlayStation to Xbox, all your skins and such won't carry over. They're still there on your PlayStation. Unfortunately as of right now there's no way to transfer them over.

There isn't a way that you can delete your account by yourself, you need to get an advisor to delete your account for you. Although if you're having trouble reaching one of them, then I believe our social team on Twitter can help you delete it too:

I'm a little confused as to what the issue is. So you've unlinked your EA account from your PlayStation account, and now you want to delete your EA account so you can make it again and link a new PlayStation account to it?

Can I ask why you want to do that since unlinking and deleting your account also deletes all your progress? Would it not be easier to make a new EA account and link your PlayStation account to that?
