Have you all tried exiting and re-opening the game after daily reset and also downloading all assets from the in game settings menu already?

No need to contact support for now. I’ll follow up on what is happening with this issue with Bramble and the programmers in the morning and we’ll post an update here about the issue afterwards.

Hi adventurers,

We’ve had a schedule change we wanted to let you know about.

This week’s planned Bounty event has been moved to next weekend while we work out a visual issue with the new Bounty troop on Android and iOS.

This weekend will be the Vault weekend instead.

The Vault weekend has been added to the ingame news and will be posted to our facebook and twitter pages tomorrow as well.

Talking with the team it appears the requests to collect mail were running too slowly but they were still being processed so everyone should receive their mail contents but some people may have seen their items added to their account after a long delay.

CX will follow up with anyone who writes to us in the morning but so far it seems everything is being added to the acocunts, just over a longer time than it normally would take.

@chopper can you let me know which mail you think didn’t add the rewards to your account?
I will use your account as my first basis to make sure things got added correctly.

I’ve updated the known issues article.

@chopper I got you, we will get these issues fixed first and then work out if we need a global compensation or to contact people individually etc, but I have you on the forum here so know where to find you!

I would suggest following the article I linked to in my first post so you will be notified of when the issue is fixed and what we will do for any missing items.

Ah this is an exception, however you can play either Ranked or Casual PVP, both count.

Gems of War and Puzzle Quest 3 have completely separate teams.
It doesn’t matter what happens on Puzzle Quest 3, the Gems of War team isn’t involved in PQ3 and vice versa.

I’ve checked and I don’t have any logs for server issues yesterday.
If your internet connection was fine outside of Gems of War, it may be that there was an issue somewhere in the connection between us.
