I’m sorry Foxglove wasn’t available in the Soulforge last week. I’ve spoken to the team about tht s well as the communication around the release dates of new content.

Sorry I had a brain fart.
So this issue occurs only when a new Kingdom is released during a Campaign.
So it’s fixed for the Campaign when the next Kingdom is released.

This is currently working as intended but I’ve marked the thread as feedback and will put in a quality of life request for how this works.

Hey all, this is a known issue that is fixed from the next Campaign onwards (Vulpacea).

Sorry, I thought I’d replied here. This is on the list but with the game updates at the moment it is not at the top of the list. We will look at it as soon as we’re able.

I don’t actually have any parameters as this was purely me on my own back starting this thread to ask so I could give the team more detailed feedback about what players might want to improve the experience if they had more say in the teams.

I can’t promise anything will be changed but I think it’s going to be easier if I have something to bring specifically other than just the negatives (which I will still report back of course).

I would say sky is the limit and we will work it out from there?
Personally, I would probably avoid faction troops given the offers are more likely to be helpful for newer players who won’t unlock the underworld for sometime.

Obviously there’s a lot of feedback about the Trials, but in this thread I wanted to talk about the Trial Team feedback but refocus it a bit into:

If you were building the teams for each Kingdom’s mechanics the way they’re described in game, what teams would you build for everyone to use?

I know many people mentioned wanting Weapons, if you feel like sharing your ideas can you include an example without the Weapons as well?

I hear what you’re all saying about the difficulty being too hard and the teams not being synergised enough, but it’d also be great if we don’t just get feedback about what you don’t like, but also about what you specifically want to see as well.

So unfortunately, this is a miscommunication. As you all know new content is generally available 4-5 weeks after the event it was released in and during the next event week for the same Kingdom.

In this case we wanted to release v6.9 before the next Campaign started (and we had already delayed the start of the Campaign at that point), but we needed to have the Vulpacea event week due to scheduling/content pipeline reasons.

So where we normally would have tried to avoid having another Vulpacea event week so soon, we now have one and not enough time has passed for the Weapon to be released into the Soulforge.

I will talk to the team again about wording on the blog.
I’ll also ask about having more concrete release dates for things that we can share and see what I can do.

We’ve pushed out a fix to revert the skip task cost back to the game version 6.8 amounts on Switch.
Please exit and re-open the game to make sure you can see the changes.

Update:

We will be looking into compensation for this issue once it’s resolved.
I’ve spoken to the team and unfortunately, it’s unlikely the compensation will include a Starry Pet at this stage.

I will give you the details once I have them.

We’re looking into reverting the Skip Task costs on Switch for the remainder of this Campaign.

Just a little info about some of the things we’ve done/found so far:

• We rebuilt all the art - multiple times
• Art was pushed out again
• We investigated whether the builds were failing in this area specifically
• We investigated corrupted files
• We have checked the atlases
• We have investigated different parts of our hardware & network for failures which could cause missing or corrupted art files
• We have worked with the affected players to look for commonalities such as platform and region to identify whether there was a failure with a specific store, game version, connection in a specific region.
