Kingdom Pass content gets added to Chests 2-3 months after the Kingdom Pass ends

We put a note in the weekly event blog when a tarot card is released into the Vault.

I will try to get a more specific timeline for Troop releases into Chests and Vault.

Are you sure it’s not selecting the same target more than once?

Edit: nvm I just saw in your screenshot the troops were being killed the first time it is hit. Reported the issue

ah right, was just thinking about the free path to getting one, not more ways to buy it.

I think these Weapons are available in the $4.99 Weekly Weapon flash offers as well so that might be a faster route if you’ve almost completed your weapon collection - I’m just confirming with the team to be sure as I haven’t thought about it for awhile and want to give you the correct answer.

We’re going to try to push the release date out again as soon as our current push is finished. Shouldn’t be much longer, sorry everyone!

Next time Vulpacea is the weekly event Kingdom.
I would say at least 2 months.

So this pack is for newer players and completionists who don’t want to wait to craft it for free.

It’s not designed to be a meta Weapon so if you aren’t interested in the pack you should be unhindered by waiting.

The Kingdom Weapon Packs are designed for new players not endgamers.

All the Kingdom Weapons can be crafted in the Soulforge. As Vulpacea is a new Kingdom its Weapons will be in the Soulforge later on.

We have received repeated feedback over the years that we should include more diverse characters in the game (including representation of people of colour), and that we should also have more female characters who aren’t as sexualised, so yes, seriously.

I know Icy just commented my posts are too long sometimes but I guess I want to summarise, so feel free to skip the next bit, you’re not missing much:

For me, at the time, I felt like spacing out the Vault Events more to avoid one in early January was a good idea as we had Kingdom Pass, Legends Reborn, a game update and a Vault weekend scheduled AND half the team was on holidays that week, the team were on the same page about that so we just moved it. It just felt like the perfect concoction of - if something is going to go wrong it will blow up this particular week because that’s Murphy’s Law - so let’s just not create the perfect storm and move something. The Vault event was the easiest thing we could move.

Just an FYI as you may have missed it - I had to moderate that thread as there was a sexist and inappropriate “adult” comment. I replied to nip it in the bud in case anyone thought of continuing down that path so I wouldn’t have to come in there like the police warning everyone later.

Sometimes re-steering the conversation is all it takes to stop a situation from escalating and I would much prefer to do that than to come down with a ban hammer later if the whole situation was so easily avoidable.

We shall see if it works.

Also worth noting is that we’ve already replied to this feedback but not for awhile - I have the confirmation that as a company we do care about this, so it’s a rare instance I can share a solid stance on feedback. We normally can’t promise things for game features until we get the go ahead to announce it, which takes a long time.

This was super easy to reply to.

The forum is 3rd party software and has always had auto bans as part of it, it sometimes bans users before they even post for the first time.

We check it almost every day to make sure nothing has gone wrong.

Most forums have autobans as part of their default code/setup - and they often ban before users even post.

This is totally valid feedback and I’ve passed it on.

Representation matters.

Whether it’s Gnomes, Daemons, or Wildfolk we’re trying to be more aware of this.

It could be unrelated but what are your transparency settings?
I will pass this info to the devs to help with their investigation of the issue.

I’ve updated the bug report for the team and one of them will be looking into this soon.

@Fourdottwoone when did you last notice not having the option at all?
QA reported this bug for Explore and Challenges but the fix was pushed out in April 2022.

I’m guessing you’ve noticed it much more recently than that? (but I have to be sure so asking anyway).

Probably unrelated but Four, do you play with a controller or have you noticed this happen when there’s a mana storm active?

So currently we’re scheduled to having 1 per month (1 in Feb, 1 in March & 1 in April) where normally there would have only been 1 per every 6 weeks, so one of those months wouldn’t have had one.

Then from there we’re going back to our regular 6 week schedule (pending the possibility of slight variations due to clashing events).

If you’re still not happy with this, please explain why in more detail so I can properly represent your concerns, otherwise, while I know people still aren’t happy about the whole situation, I think we’ve done what we can to address this at this stage and we do need to close this out at some point and just taking feedback under advisement for any future incidents like this.
