We’re still investigating missing art as we have a couple of reports still
It seems like it’s fixed for most people at least though and we’ll keep hunting down what’s still causing it for the others

The dev team just let me know they have a fix for this, I will let you know once it’s live, thank you everyone for the information!
Heads up, looks like the Epic Trials are currently set to the wrong level and will be lowered.
I’ll let you all know once that’s done.
@dujas can you give me the CLIFFY error you’re receiving just in case it’s caused by something different? I’ll giv eyour invite code to the dev team now anyway and will follow up with the code if you get another one
I’ve raised the Troop levels with the Designers and am waiting to hear back.
Just a reminder to please keep feedback in the 6.9 patch notes thread or make feedback threads in the feedback section, thanks folks.
Are you on Android?
Hey,
Sorry this happened, I’ve reported it to the team, can you please let me know your invite code?
Hi (Xbox) Adventurers,
Unfortunately, there is a delay with the new 6.9 Xbox Achievements going live.
We’re currently in contact with Microsoft to sort this out as quickly as possible and I’ll post here again once they’re live.
Thanks for your patience while we sort this out!
Hey, eventually we will bring all content to Switch but as the post linked mentioned Switch is running on a different content schedule due to releasing years after the other platforms.
I’ve passed feedback to the team that our Switch players are very keen to get their hands on these Weapons.
Sorry about this, it’s something we have ongoing investigations into.
Could you let me know which device and OS version you’re on?
We don’t ban without context. If someone feels they have been banned out of context they can submit a ban appeal for it to be reviewed.
@CrispPurpose876 I’ll check out your channel and reach out
Regarding the Vault events, they’ll be announced in the blogs as usual.
This is off topic for this thread so I’ll just say this. I don’t know where you got the idea we’re just searching for words to ban for without any context because that’s not the case. No one is getting banned for talking about loofahs, they’re getting banned for using slurs in context. Or spamming slurs then claiming it’s a loofah to troll people. If it were actually a conversation ...
Read moreOh yeah for non-staff members the way to go is to use the flagging system - there’s a flag button at the bottom of every post if you click the ‘…’. Then staff get a big red blip on their screen that something needs attention, also if enough community members flag something, the community “self-moderates” ie. the community can hide posts that break forum guidelines.
We have different levels of oversight on support as with all our teams so multiple people handle it.
As with any job staff have supervisors.
It rarely escalates but it has in the past and if those users are around they could atest to having spoken to my manager as well.
Then the correct way to report it is by contacting support privately where their manager can address the complaint, not by blasting it in a public forum where the rules state call outs aren’t allowed.
I’ve deleted the post because it’s a repost of the thing that broke forum rules and caused the last suspension.
To be clear - providing feedback about policies, procedures and about communication etc is fine in the feedback section.
Calling out specific forum users (which includes specific staff members) is against the rules and always has been against the rules. This has not changed. We’ve spoken about it at length in the past.
Basically if your feedback is about a problem it’s ok. The second it becomes about a person you’re breaking forum rules.
If you have an issue with a specific staff member, contact support and a manager will review your complaint. This is something I have also repeatedly communicated over the years both publicly on the forum and privately and directly with users. This is the only appropriate channel to make such complaints.
Upon reading the thread I’m locking it - it got too specific, it also became more of a ban appeal than general feedback about the community guidelines, ban procedures and policies and then there were complaints about moderating homophobic language and a reference to the holocaust - 2 things we absolutely don’t accommodate in our community and are absolutely not up for debate.
If you see someone say something in chat you think breaks community guidelines and it makes you uncomfortable send in a report and it will be actioned appropriately if it did break community guidelines.
Sorry for the delay I’m waiting for more information, I just know it’s still being worked on.
I know which case you’re talking about and I’m going to review it later today. We’ve also had a request that a different staff member handle the ban appeals so we’re going to do that to give the player(s) involved peace of mind.
We don’t have auto banning based on player reports for the reason you outlined - it’s too easy for players to gang up on someone to get them banned - so we never implemented any bans to trigger based off player reports (not for chat and not for cheating).
I know other games do have auto chat bans based on player reports, so it is a standard practice in games, but for me, as long as we have a block button, I’d prefer to handle the chat manually. I don’t think our chat is so toxic we need an automated system to keep up with it and I hope we never hit a point where we do need that.
There’s only 2 ways I’m aware of for a player to be banned from chat currently:
I’ve followed up with the team and a fix will be ready for this on Tuesday morning.
I mentioned the time just to give more context why the bug wasn’t being pounced on by everyone immediately last night when I saw the reports
I know you’ve all been incredibly patient so thank you
