Hey this happens if your mobile device can’t handle the higher graphics settings very well, your device will automatically change the setting to Low to prevent the game from crashing.

Yeah sorry, I didn’t realise that when you check the ticket in the Help Center it just says it was closed, I thought it told you it was merged and linked to the ticket it was merged into. I’ll look into that!
When you say it shut down do you mean it continued looping on the loading bar? Or does the game crash you back to your device’s homescreen? Do you eventually get an error message? If so, what does it say?

I did report the bug last year when I said I had in that thread, Salty also gathered feedback from that thread.

Usually when we say the Daily Deals offered aren’t a bug it’s in response to a different sort of report.
Elite Troops can only be achieved by using Medals so it makes sense the offer would have tokens, badges or medals - the deal having troops is incorrect and a bug.
I’m sorry if in the past we’ve said this specific Power task and associated deal aren’t a bug, that would have been a mistake on our part when responding.

It looks like it only happens if Lamia’s spell target is the 4th troop and the 3rd troop dies from the charm damage. I’ve made a bug report. Thank you

Hey, unfortunately this is the way the Android keyboard works and we have no control over how the keyboard itself works. The functionality shouldn’t have changed between game versions as we can’t do anything with that.

This appears to be a connection issue. Are you still receiving the error regularly?
Even if you have full reception it’s possible for there to be an issue with the game server or somewhere in the connection between us.
If the issue is between us somewhere then the connection won’t show up in the game server status or your reception bars on your phone.
Usually these sorts of issues are fixed quite quickly by the company responsible and it’s temporary.

It was removed from Essence of Evil as a temporary solution as it was the most common cause of the issue being experienced.
I was asking about the tablet/touchscreen not to give you an alternative way to play but to see if you had any such devices plugged into your PC as a possible cause of the problem rather than your Xbox controller and flight controllers themselves.
I couldn’t tell you why it’s working after you went to bed even though nothing was changed, we didn’t change anything on our side.
If it starts happening again, I would go right back to basics, unplug all controllers, check for the issue - if there’s no issue - plug one thing back in - test again. Plug the Xbox controller in last. See what happens if you have just the xbox controller plugged in but not your flight controllers as well.
If we can identify what combination of things plugged in is causing the problem it will help us pinpoint the exact problem.
