Make sure to include the CLIFFY error code you received, the date you received it and your invite code (you can find this at the bottom of the Gems of War settings menu)

@Fourdottwoone I will bring it up again with the team to make sure it’s not falling off the radar.

@Tibo I try to keep the known issues list updated with the most urgent/critical/important bugs for the community and only confirmed bugs will be added there.

I’m sorry if it’s not so useful at the moment, hopefully in the future we can improve on it - but it will take some time. It’s something I want to improve but I need the time to do it - and getting more time for this sort of thing is what we’re working on at the moment.

I’m curious if you have the issue with the xbox controller when your flight controllers aren’t plugged in. You should be able to play the game with unused controllers plugged in but I can see from the video that something is kicking it back to the controller. This usually only happens when a controller is used (which you’ve made very clear you’re not doing). If it was as simple as a sticky button I’m sure you’d have worked that out by now, so I’m wondering if it’s a thing with having the other set of controllers plugged in and it kicking around between the different controllers for some reason.

You don’t use a touch screen/tablet at all do you?

Hey, sorry some of you are having this issue.

When did this start?
Do you just have the one controller plugged in? Or multiple?
Is your Windows version fully up to date? Did this start after a Windows update or after the latest game update? Sometimes making sure Windows is fully up to date will solve controller issues.

Are you trying to switch between playing with your mouse and the controller while playing Gems of War or are you just trying to play with the mouse while the controller is connected?

Do you have issues with the controller/mouse in any other games?

Also, correct we sort of use holiday and vacation interchangeably here.
Public holidays are when the entire office is closed.
Salty is currently on leave, it’s not a public holiday.

I notice in your screenshots that 2 of the purchases are still pending. I won’t be able to send you the missing items until the transactions are completed (if the items aren’t added to your account automatically once the transaction is complete).

If the purchases were made on March 29 and are still marked as pending I would advise contacting Apple Support for assistance completing or cancelling the transactions:

Just replying to confirm this isn’t a bug. Blessed is dropped when casting a spell, leaving Vanya with 3 Blessed allies for a boost of +12 damage, 48 + 12 = 60.

I will pass feedback onto the team that you’d like Blessed to be removed from Vanya after the spell is cast, rather than before.

We don’t ban accounts for legitimate chargebacks, only in cases of suspected fraud (which tend to be extreme cases). Always best to ask a Dev directly if you have any concerns, we’re generally pretty generous with compensation compared to other games I’ve worked for and are reasonable human beings! We do have a large backlog at the moment so our replies may be slower - we are in the process of not only clearing this backlog but also future proofing it too phew I am very sorry for delayed replies, I’m not proud of it but I’m doing my best with the time I have.
