Hi everyone,

We’re very sorry this happened and we will be compensating the Gems that were displayed in the offer to the players who purchased these offers.

We’re still investigating the issues with Xbox crashes since the 5.3 update and have added more logging in the next game update 5.4 to help us track what is causing this issue as well.

This current issue however is separate and caused by the major outages at Xbox.

Hey everyone,

Just coinfirming we’re aware of this issue.
It is unfortunately caused by the major outages at Xbox at the moment.
The game won’t be able to be reliably played until these issues are resolved by Microsoft.

Hi everyone

We’ve been investigating this issue this morning.
The game servers are online however as there’s an outage with some Xbox services currently.
The game won’t be accessible reliably until the outages at Xbox have been resolved.

All I’m saying is I’ve been pitching giant VR GoW for like a year now.
In VR, have the Gem board so big that you have to jump to reach the top row and bend down to reach the bottom.

It’ll be a VR exercise game :joy:

@mfeforever I’m sorry this is happening to your game.
Thank you for providing such detailed information about the issue.
You’re not getting any error messages at all are you?
It shouldn’t be related at all but what happens if you turn your graphics quality to low in the game settings?
Which region are you playing in?
Are there any Xbox system updates available for you to install?
I’m assuming you’re not having any similar issues on other games?

@MistressJules and @maxna are you still having the issues with crashing?

@maxna are you still getting the purchase issue error messages?
Is the game crashing back to the Xbox homescreen without an error message?
Are there ever different error messages from the purchase issue one?
Which screens do the errors/crashes occur on?

Most likely you are permanently banned, it’s not common for players to be unbanned once they’re banned for cheating/hacking.

If you want to continue playing I would suggest starting a new account and not wait for the reply.
As mentioned before, players with genuine technical support issues are answered first so as not to waste their time.

Hi everyone,

First up, if we can’t all be civil to one another I’m going to have to keep the thread permanently locked. I’m sorry to the people who’ve been having a normal civil discussion about the Vault weekend and battle crashers if it comes to that.

Secondly, I just want to make an official statement that the Gnome spawn isn’t affected by Battlecrashers. Gnomes take priority. If a Gnome is meant to spawn in a battle, a Battlecrasher will not.

Lastly, I wasn’t planning to admit my bed time last night but I was up until 4am playing Gems of War last night for fun and to maximise on the pet rescue time during the event. We do play our own game. In addition, when we test things we don’t just play it for 10 minutes, QA spend much longer on it than that and we have a PC we can dedicate to running non-stop battles and tracking data to test a far higher sample rate than a small group of devs could. Instead of providing links, please flag the posts if you see them, this will help us action them faster. There’s no need to wait to speak to a mod directly when you can put a flag on a post. Flagging posts also helps them be hidden until a moderator can check it and action the report appropriately.

This is working as intended. A cross is a +
For the corner Gems to be exploded it would need to be an “X” like on Dragonian Rogue
or a “5x5 block” (like Formorian and Obsidius)
