Unfortunately one of our server hosts had connectivity issues which caused this error over the weekend.
Although it was completely out of our hands we’re sorry it happened as we know how frustrating it is when you just want to chill out and play your game only to have issues like this.
Thankfully the issue wasn’t a complete outage and it was resolved after a short amount of time so once you reconnected after the issue was solved your progress would’ve been corrected on your device.
The issue was completely solved yesterday so everything should be working completely normally by now.
If you have any ongoing issues from this please contact Support directly for assistance.
I’ve renamed the thread so it’s more likely to be seen by the designers who would be responsible for considering and possibly actioning this feedback.

We’re still waiting to hear back from Microsoft but have requested a solution which we hope would automatically add the pack to your account the next time you login if you already redeemed the code.

To be clear, how many people report you is completely irrelevant and many bans are made because the chatrooms are monitored throughout the day by staff.
Every chat ban is manually made by a staff member, the only auto chat bans we have are for spam, particularly spamming swear words.
When someone is reported, everything that was said around that time is read so other people who are part of the conversation who broke chat rules but weren’t reported are regularly banned.
Reports are also regularly rejected, you don’t get banned because you were reported, you get banned because you broke the chat rules.
I think I’ve reversed one chat ban in the past year as I didn’t agree with it, so incorrectly placed bans are incredibly rare when you take into account the amount of chat moderation we do every single day.

Destruct-O-Bot is currently also counting Troops that are already dead.
This requires a client fix and it should be fixed in the next update, game version 5.2

Just a quick update:
The team were discussing this issue with 505 and Microsoft over the weekend, we’re currently just waiting for a response from Microsoft regarding getting this fixed for the players who already redeemed the code.
I believe the branch of Microsoft we’re dealing with was closed due to a hurricane on Friday and I’m not aware of what their status is right now so I just wanted to let you know what I could while we wait for the next response.
Hopefully once we’ve heard back from them I’ll have information for you about how exactly this will be resolved.

To be clear we did not know this was going to happen, if we did we would have rescheduled the Faction Assault for Tinker Town instead of releasing it. But thankfully it was able to be fixed
Good news! Thankfully one of the programmers was able to fix the issue (including the one with the Daemon Gnome). If you restart your game the art should download now
