Sorry let me be clearer, the reason you can see bug fixes on different parts of the game, rather than by severity is because different teams with different areas of focus. So you might see a fix in housing rather than a critical quest fix. That is the issue I was trying to explain.

The team is working to get Hellheim stood back up, I am looking for more specific updates from the team on timing.
This is likely an outcome of different teams devoted to different parts of the game completing their work independently.

Server Transfers Update!
10/28/2021
US West will be enabled at 2AM PT (9AM UTC) when downtime from 1.0.4 is complete. After we monitor Server Transfers in US West to ensure no new issues are encountered, we will re-enable it for the remaining regions at 2PM PT (9PM UTC). No server restarts are required.
This means if we have a set of fixes and we need a number of hours to finalize more, we’ll hold that number of hours to address more issues in a single patch with downtime.
If we hold a patch it is because we are trying to test and deploy as many fixes as possible in a weekly patch rather than not having any fixes.
This is fair feedback, I think there is a good amount of frustration on both sides and on occasion just misunderstandings of tone and intention.
Our goal is weekly patches and when we have confirmed deployment details we will definitely post them. I understand the confusion and frustration, moving forward we’ll provide an update every Tuesday on the state of our weekly patch in the News Section.
We will absolutely start doing this more often, responses get lost in threads. Good call out.

You can use the Dev tracker to see responses from the team on a host of subjects.
When there will be a patch we will definitely communicate that.
You should not expect patches if they haven’t been announced.
