Going to pass around this quote from our Top Issues Update that went out yesterday: Lost Ark Update to Top Issues - March 2

Looking forward, this change is not an indicator that all future content will be made easier. We know that much of the appeal of T3 and late game content is its unique and challenging mechanics, and we do not want to drastically alter this core experience.

This should absolutely not be the case, and is not how the system is supposed to function. I am so sorry this is so conflicting and frustrating. We are pushing to improve these kinds of confusing communications that are happening through support, as well as making sure ban appeals get more appropriately escalated.
