would it be possible to improve upon user friendly things?
some things to list are:
- donations
- when requesting the card picture can be pressed to also donate, but what's the point of this if i should just be pressing the donate button to donate?
- often times i will accidentally tap the card picture especially when navigating chat only to donate a card i was not planning to. could you remove this in a future update?
- replays
- replays are a great way to improve and spectate in all sorts of competitive games (especially now that clash royale has gotten competitive), replays are also complained about in various games to not have a great ui.
- watching a replay in clash royale has become quite normal and is nice to watch replays in royale but if you want to take note of something or rewatch a part, you have to rewatch t...

i won't be able to answer all of your points here but wanted to let you know that in the next update we will be including a whole bunch of balance changes, including a complete melee range balancing that affects a lot of cards with melee attacks!

- arena gates
- imbalanced trophy gain(+30)/loss(-15) at some trophy levels?
- percentage of trophies taken at reset?
yes, there are no plans on changing this in the next update
New card, CC changes, and a new arena?! SERIOUSLY?! Those are the last three things WE NEED right now. I haven’t seen a single post about anyone wanting the CC reworked. We need QoL changes!
these aren’t the only things that are changing, don’t worry. there is a whole lot more to this update that we will be revealing over the next couple of weeks!
I have one question for right now: When the update hits, and the New Arena is there, will we be dropped 1 Arena like last update? Im in Arena 13 League 2 so please say no

if you are in a 'mature' clan and swear regularly with the language filter off, thats fine. that's what it's there for.
i had a look through your chat logs & it should be pretty clear why you were banned. homophobic slurs like you used will result in a ban no matter the context. the same goes for racism. targeted use of swear words towards others will also get you banned, but in your case it was the homophobic slurs that resulted in a ban.
i would avoid using that language if you are not wanting to get banned for a longer period of time.
i agree that an ideal situation would be putting this information into this screen (and it's something we are working to add in all of our games).

i read the post when it first popped up yesterday. i don't have a concrete answer or solution to give however (and there are lots of valid points made in the thread already) but have fed it back to the team.

Thank you for this response. I am not the original poster but what I would love to hear is the main thing the team is working on for the next update. My favorite period in Clash Royale was I think December 2017 until April 2018, and not because the Clan War update got delayed a lot, what the community got of course pretty angry about, but because we knew the team was working on Clan Wars. So everyone was making expectations about how Clan Wars could look and that was on Reddit just an amazing time. That update didn't even have a lot of sneak peeks like the December 2017 update but it was still cool so sneak peeks are definitely not the most important thing for an update but at least knowing what you are working on could really help building hype up.

you're right, the balance update will drop on monday 3rd june. and the announcement will come on this friday! i'm excited/scared...
we do take community input into balance changes, but it is not the only factor. (we even had 2 polls on balance changes before that we didn't feel was the right choice to continue with)
seth wrote a post here that goes more in-depth if you want to know exactly how we do balance change playtesting.

Finally we get the answer now. Thank you!
However after checking, I still can see some people's best season is based on their best globe ranking, even their previous season trophy is much higher. So it is kind of confusing, as we seems have two ways to show the best season. Not able to post images in reply, otherwise I would do it.
Will the upcoming season reset make all players' best season based on their highest trophy? :O

Why this players old stats were not changed but only from people who not reached a ranking at all? In this scenario his rank is the determining factor for best season. Not trophies.
You can also look at the top players list. None of their old ranking was replaced even though they had higher trophies than before.
ahh i see what you mean. i thought you were referring to the example in your post (no ranking & higher trophies replacing lower trophies but a ranking).
the example you've just given sounds like a bug then. i'll go chat to the team and see why there is this discrepancy and if it's working as intended
