Does it still ask you to purchase the Specialization?

Is you character boosted or did you level it yourself?

The first thing we'd advise, if you haven't already, is verifying the game files just to see if there's any corruption in the game files. You can do this by clicking on the menu under the game icon in Uplay.

If you switch it to DirectX11 will the same crash happen for you?

Just to confirm, are you using any third party programs that might conflict with the game? For instance the Discord overlay or MSI Afterburner are known to cause some issues with controls.

If you change the keybind, will the same thing occur?

Not all languages are included in each version of the game, so it may be that these are the only languages available for you game version.

If you uninstall the game, and then install it through the Uplay client instead, then it can contain additional languages.
