I assume that the same thing doesn't occur with the reload button your keyboard?

Is your controller and official Xbox one or a third party one? Are the drivers, just the standard Windows xbox ones?

This can be due to a resolution issue, where the game is set to a resolution that your monitor is unable to support.

What we would advise is trying to hit Alt+Enter to put the gamer into Windowed mode, which can help display it and then let you change to the correct resolution in the In-Game settings.

We would also advise disabling any overlays you might be running aside from the Uplay one, for instance MSI Afterburner or Discord. These can cause conflicts with some of our titles.
