You should be able to change the language in the Settings menu.

That being said a copy of the game purchased in the US would be unlikely to contain Arabic, as it is not an official language in the region that the NCSA game version was distributed in.

If it is not contained, then it's not possible to add additional languages to the game so you would not be able to play in Arabic.

We are aware of issues with the Tomb Infirmary and we have a fix planned for this in an upcoming update.

For the issue with the Federal Emergency Bunker, did you kill the boss quickly or quicker than usual?

We're sorry to hear that's been the case.

The first thing we'd advise is making sure you have cleared the consoles cache by turning it off, unplugging it, waiting 30 second and then plugging it in any turning it on again.

We'd also advise trying from a different account on the console, to see if this is specific to your one account.
