@M80-_-LordAXIOM Hi there! Welcome to Discussions! I'm happy to let you know this certainly is possible since cross-progression just recently got supported for Rainbow Six Siege. All you'll have to do is link your Xbox and PlayStation accounts to a singular Ubisoft account. You'll be able to link your accounts on the Account Management website after clicking on "Account information".
