Hey @FreehandMart1

We have an ongoing investigation into the issue of the shop being empty until the game is restarted, but I'll update it to say that maybe the reports we have been seeing are due to the suspend / quick resume feature on console so that can be looked into.

I have seen other issues in games caused from this quick resume feature of the consoles too, because games disconnect from the internet whilst suspended, and obviously some in-game features need an active connection. Hopefully it's something the devs are able to find a way around, instead...

@demytuono We have our own site here that tracks most stats but I notice it doesn't have Elimination or Skirmish on when I check my account, but I haven't played those game modes myself so I'm not sure if that is just due to that.

I'm sorry to hear the trophies never unlocked for you yet. We're unable to unlock these for you as we don't have access to do that I'm afraid, and there isn't any known issues reported that is preventing it from happening, so I can only suggest to keep playing. We can report this happening for you so we can monitor the situation and see if it does turn out to be a new issue that is stopping them unlocking, but the website you mentioned isn't an officially supported site, just so you know, so we can't rely on stats from there to show an issue occurring whe...

Hey @craigman1976

I'm sorry to hear that you are having a blue screen issue. Are the people you are playing with friends of yours that can confirm the same thing happens no matter who uses the armor kit?

I don't suppose you could capture a video of the issue from your phone (if you are the one who blue screens from your team mate using it), and / or another one showing your class and everything on it and you causing others to crash from it, and upload them to YouTube could you? We can then forward this to the game team to test and investigate it.
