@thenorfolkian No worries. I'll merge this with your original thread. It is OK for you to bump an older thread if it's still an issue after a patch if there's something new to add to it, like you did here with the video. So don't worry if you ever need to do that with a thread in future.

I've moved your comment to it's own thread to keep the other thread more on topic with the original post. Just to clarify, are you "holding" space like the suggestion said from the other player (in your quote) or are you just "pressing" space (which is what you mentioned doing).

@usafirefly7 We've just posted a banner about this happening today here. It seems to be a Ubisoft Connect issue as it's happening for other games too. It's being treated as a high priority at the moment, so hopefully this will be resolved soon. I believe it will...

@petek So the one from today is the one that just doesn't let you fast travel?

And do you know which of the 2 older ones is the one that crashes on the loading screen?

Would you be able to take a screenshot of your rewards page showing what you have claimed on your account and a screenshot or video showing where you are checking in game for it?

If you do a video, please upload it to somewhere like YouTube and provide the link to the video.

@petek No worries, I can report the issue with just your save files and ask them to test them.

Are you able to let me know from the info below which of the saves is the one that crashes on loading screen and which one works but won't let you fast travel? These are what I see on you account:

I'm sorry to hear that. Have you been able to fast travel there from any other locations if you go somewhere else first, or do you have an issue no matter where you try from?

Would you be able to record a video clip of the issue and upload it to YouTube (or similar) so we can show the game team what is happening?
