I found your support case and looked into the issue but as mentioned in the support ticket, there's nothing further we can tell you at this time. Also, just so you know, your support ticket closes after 4 days without a response after one of our responses. However, just because your support ticket closes, doesn't mean the issue is being marked as resolved. We have our own communication with the dev team to track issues, and the issue is still known to us and we have also forwarded your save file on to them to help with their investigation.

Edit: They'd like to know what bow you were using just in case that makes a difference?

@bobnewton2 I wonder if it is to do with the region of your disc and your PSN account.

Can you provide an image of your game disc and the spine of you game case so we can see what region disc you have please?

It's just extra information we can forward on when reporting this to be looked into.

@virtualawesome No problem. Everyone needs some time to just relax after work. You can record the video straight from the PS5 and upload it to YouTube if you have your YouTube account linked to your PlayStation account, so hopefully that will make it easier for you to capture next time you're in the area.

I found we have already reported the line of coding appearing in the Rune Shield, but thanks for bringing it up.

I can't see find any known issues to suggest that the speed of Thorgest's shield is incorrect. It may just be that this shield is heavier than others. You can see the weight when you highlight the equipment.

Hey @Hlkeyzzz

The issue with Twists and Turns should have been resolved from a game update already. Please could you record a video and upload it to YouTube (or similar), showing you have the game fully updated already and the issue still happening and I will forward this over to the game team so they can see it is still happening for you.

Can you also please make sure your save game is uploaded to the cloud in-game, as they will be able to access your save file if needed too.

This is a known issue we are currently looking into. Can you upload your save game to the cloud in-game and let us know when this has been done so we can forward your save on to the dev team please? 

A workaround has been found for one user so far but it is a bit of a slow one but you are welcome to try it:

  1. Fast travel to Rathdown Trade Post (roughly 1000 meters away from the site)
  2. Wait more than 21 min (you can do other things in the mean time, as long as it's far away still)
  3. Go to Tuam
  4. Enter the cave again
  5. Everything should be respawned and you should be able to get the key from one of them.

I'm sorry to hear that. Please could you record a video clip of this and upload it online to somewhere we can view it like YouTube, then send us a link to view this? 

You can do this direct from the PS5 using the create button. We can then forward it on to the relevant teams to look into this.

I can see this was an issue previously but it was supposed to be resolved in patch update 1.2.2 (released on 15.06.2021).

If it's back, can you record a short video showing the issue that also shows your game version number in and provide a link to the video and we will send it to the devs to show it's happening again.
