@lexibrat_ I'm sorry that you have been experiencing issues since March.
The development team are aware that some players have been experiencing issues with the game crashing and they are still investigating. Unfortunately issues such as this can be complex and more difficult to reproduce and to identify the cause. On PC all players will have different setups, this is why the team have been gathering system files from players affected.
With regards to the graphical issues, can you provide a more detailed description of this along with some examples, it's possibl...

It was originally reported in March 2020, however the development team have been unable to reproduce the issue during testing. They were able to collect the utility key from a white box and not from the flame thrower enemy.
Could you please try obtaining the key from the white box on the wall in the room where you shoot the circuit breaker to open the door as shown in the images below:

@kaefr I'm sorry to hear that you and your friend are experiencing issues with hunters not spawning. Players had reported this sometime ago, however the development team were unable to reproduce the issue and managed to collect all of the hunter masks.
