@shishman1987 Even after watching videos I know it can still be difficult to complete the challenges, however that is the only advice that I can give as the challenge is not bugged in anyway it's just difficult to complete.

@shishman1987 I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble completing the cairn challenge.

There are a few of the cairn challenges that are more difficult to complete than others and I understand that it can be frustrating at times as I have experienced this myself.

If you look online there are videos that other players have made showing how you can complete the cairn challenges, I would recommend looking at those for tips.

@kemuelsoleil I'm sorry to hear that you keep experiencing crashes whilst playing Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

I understand that you have already tried some troubleshooting, however could you please go through any steps in the support article here that you haven't tried then try again.

@spirantcrayon22 I have searched and found some other threads on this, however one of the threads had no responses from Ubisoft support agents, on another one we did not receive a reply from the player and on the other one I can see that you kindly provided a video on YouTube that you found but there was no response after that for which I apologise.

@ubi-keo The development team have been unable to reproduce this so far when testing.

They have asked for the following:

  • The steps taken to reproduce the issue (if you are aware of this)
  • A video from the point of view of the player that initiated the exploit
  • Are you also aware if this has only occurred on PS4 or other platforms as well?

@dava4444 Thanks for reporting those issues you have discovered whilst playing Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

  1. This is a known issue that is being investigated. It seems to be caused by having the Lynx or Lion mount equipped before travelling to Asgard.
  2. Can you provide a video of this one please, showing all of the outside of the house.
  3. This is also a known issue that is being investigated. As a workaround you can trying loading a previous save.
