@wasdom_kung I'm sorry to hear that you are missing 20 foreign supplies to upgrade your Jomsviking Hall.

Can you please provide a video to show how many supplies you have and that you cannot upgrade the Jomsviking Hall due to the missing supplies, along with a screenshot of each River Raid map zoomed out to show you have raided all available areas.

If you haven't already can you please go through the Xbox One troubleshooting then try again. Also if you have another controller could you also try using that to see if the issue persists.

@soham697 Thanks for the information provided.

I have discussed this with my several of my colleagues and someone from the Assassin's Creed Valhalla QA team and we are unable to see any issues with the grass.

If you are able to provide a video showing Eivor's beard in a cut scene then we will be happy to look into this further for you.

@soham697 Thanks for the video. I can see what you are referring to more in the second video than the first, however it just appears to be the the lighting and the way that the grass is moving.

Could you also provide an example that shows this same affect with Eivor's beard, along with a screenshot of your current in-game graphics settings and your PC specifications and I will forward it on to the development team.

@misinformedgods I'm sorry to hear that you have not received your settlement decorations.

I have checked your account and can see the purchases that you mentioned.

So we can look into this further could you please provide a video to show that these items are missing. In the video can you go to your settlement then go through each of the decorations that you currently own.

@dava4444 Thanks for the video provided, I will forward this on to the development team. I can see that lowering your hood in the video removed the Mari Lwyd cloak and mask this time, I am not sure why it did not work previously for you, however I will also inform the development team of this.

I can also see the swaying in the video that you mentioned, this has been reported and is being investigated. The screen sways similar to the drunken effect, however the screen is not blurred and Eivor does not stagger the same way.

So after looking it appears you are missing the tablet from the Red Lichen Cavern in Hamtunscire. Can you please go to that location on your map and check you have collected that tablet. If the tablet is not there can you provide another video to show that it's already been collected.

@kormac67 Ah yes apologies, it was the anomaly icon on the map not the altar offering, I can see that now.

I'm pleased you were able to collect enough fabric to complete the altar offering along with your rations and quiver upgrades 🙂

@kormac67 Thanks for the images provided. As Ubi-Borealis previously mentioned, if there are no smaller chests remaining on your map then you can purchase fabric from Yanli at your settlement once it has been upgraded to level 6

You should then be able to purchase enough to complete the offering at the altar.
