Massive, Im sorry, Ive been a fanboy for a very very long time, I play daily, I LOVE this game, but the amount of bugs grows beyond what makes this game enjoyable to play... I will be 100000% honest, if it wasnt for my clan, I would of left this game a while ago.. I'm sorry to hear that you have not received the Steel that you purchased.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the purchase to populate within your game as they can sometimes be a delay.

Once the game has been activated to a Ubisoft account it would need to be played on that account.

I am sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues with your rewards in For Honor.

I can confirm there are two known issues with regards to rewards.

There is an issue where players are not receiving event rewards. This is currently being investigated and we would recommend players to contact support on one of the following channels:

I have checked your account and the game is not registered. Most digital purchases use direct entitlement now and do not require an activation key.

Can you please confirm where you purchased the game from? And do you have another Ubisoft account that the game may have been registered to, if so please log into that account and check.
