I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.

You mentioned that this mainly occurs in the Summit, does it also happen when playing single player or only when you are in coop/pvp? Also how long have you experienced the issue for?

Could you please provide videos of this for each game mode you experience it in and I will report it to the dev team.

Hi Kris,

I am sorry to hear that the Tommy Gun is missing from your inventory. Have you also checked your stash to make sure its not there?

Can you also recall what you were doing in the time leading up to the item disappearing?

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this.

Is it normal ammo you are unable to collect or special ammo? Also how long have you experienced these issues for?

The issue with the Reviver Hive was reported in the past and it was fixed.

I have reported this to the dev team so they can investigate and try to reproduce the issue.

Please refer to the thread I linked above, but to give a short explanation, this is the issue:

When equipping an apparel loadout you automatically transfer the items from the loadout on the same numbered slot into your inventory.

For example:

- I wear apparel loadout 6; my inventory is 0/150
- I switch to apparel loadout 4, which has my Fire Support Medic loadout on the same numbered slot in the inventory
- Upon switching, my apparel loadout changes and my inventory changes from 0/150 to 6/150 because I received the items from my number 4 loadout from my stash (This doesn't work outside of safe zones)

I can confirm that the issue with the knee pads is currently being investigated. Regarding the revive hive, could you please provide a video of this. Does it also occur every time or randomly?

Thanks for the image provided and your feedback, I will pass this along to the relevant team.

As a workaround I would recommend purchasing any credits from the Ubisoft Store. With regards to the Season Passes, these are in game purchases that can only be purchased with The Division 2 credits, this is the same for all platforms.

I can assure you that the Ubisoft Connect overlay is secure, however due to your screen resolution the overlay is overlapping.
