I have checked your account and For Honor is not showing which is likely the reason you are being prompted for an activation key.

Did you have your Steam account linked to another Ubisoft account at anytime? If so the game may be registered on that account.

Sorry for the late response.

This issue is caused by launching the game from Steam whilst logged into the wrong Ubisoft account.

We have forwarded this for investigation. In the meantime, you can try to remove the config file from the following location then launch the game again to see if that helps:

%USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Hyperscape\\GameSettings.ini

Did you skip the video previously by holding the ESC key before starting The Summit?

Could you please try closing and restarting the game and check to see if the reward is granted as there can sometimes be a delay.

I'm sorry to hear that you have not received the Ravenous Exotic Rifle from completing the raid. Unfortunately it does not have a 100% drop rate so you would not be guaranteed to receive it.

You could also have a chance at receiving it in the weekly exotic caches.

Thanks for reporting this. It's possible that this is just a visual glitch as it shows at the bottom that your entitlements will be granted shortly.

Can you confirm if you received the rewards for completing it?
