As a workaround I would recommend purchasing any credits from the Ubisoft Store. With regards to the Season Passes, these are in game purchases that can only be purchased with The Division 2 credits, this is the same for all platforms.

I can assure you that the Ubisoft Connect overlay is secure, however due to your screen resolution the overlay is overlapping.

I would recommend following the connectivity troubleshooting steps to ensure you have the best possible connection, this may prevent you from experiencing the Delta error again.

Can you please test this again and confirm if the issue persists.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the purchase to populate within your game as they can sometimes be a delay.

I have checked your account and the game is not registered. Most digital purchases use direct entitlement now and do not require an activation key.

Can you please confirm where you purchased the game from? And do you have another Ubisoft account that the game may have been registered to, if so please log into that account and check.
