Sorry to hear that, just for clarification, if you have purchased or been provided with a different regional version than the one you intended to purchase you would need to contact the retailer where this was bought to request a refund or replacement game license. If this was not purchased directly from our Ubisoft Store then our support teams would not be able to assist with this transaction directly which may be why you have been directed to the Epic game store for further assistance.
