Hi there, thanks for getting in contact and sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue while launching your game. So we can look to getting this resolved could we first ask that you have attempted our basic troubleshooting steps as outlined here.

Also, if possible could you confirm whether you are launching this from the Ubisoft Connect client or another 3rd party games launcher.?

Hi all, sorry to hear you are experiencing these issues with your in game voice for Rainbow Six Siege. While I understand you may have already attempted these steps could I first ask you to look over the following support article?

If you are still having this issue after completing these steps could you please provide further details regarding your audio settings and also the make / model of any devices you are currently using?

Hi there, thanks for getting in contact and informing us of the issue you are experiencing with this phantom Xbox controller. So we can get this looked into further would you be able to confirm whether you have any other 3rd party devices plugged into your PC which may be getting recognised as this controller? If possible could you try to remove any additional devices and see if you still experience this issue?

Also, so we can investigate this further would you be able to confirm whether you have any wireless or bluetooth functions enabled? You should be able to check to see which devices you have connected to your PC directly in your device settings.

If you still feel like you are missing these after this time, please feel free to contact us directly with an image showing these items received in your Twitch inventory that also clearly shows the Twitch username which is linked to your Ubisoft account.
