@FalcoN_tn Hey there, sorry to hear that didn't resolve the issue.

Could you set the mic threshold option to 0 and see if you still aren't being heard in game? This setting controls how loud you need to be for the game to pick up your voice, so setting it lower will make the game pick up more of what's coming through your microphone.

@R0CH3LL3 Thanks for confirming that. Have you noticed if this happens more often with certain weapons or in certain locations? Do you run any peripheral software while playing game, such as the Logitech G-Hub app?

@ghostpanther154-0 Hey there! We don't have any updates on this issue at the moment. As @RAGE_THERAPY said, you should still be able to promote recruits to agents using the "Promote to Lieutenant" button.

Could you confirm that this issue persists after rebooting the game? Have your credits or reward track levels restored after rebooting? If not, please let me know your level and amount of credits from before this occurred.
