Hey there. Have you completed the Siege of Paris expansion? There is a known issue with infinite loading with saves in Francia after the DLC is complete and there is a workaround for this we can try but we first need to double check whether this is the same issue or not. Thanks.

Sorry to hear about this. As far as I'm aware this issue has not yet been reported to us, can you ensure you have verified your installation and try loading a prior autosave if those aren't too much further back for you? If the issue persists if possible please provide us with a video demonstrating this we could take a look at. Thanks.

Thanks for your reports on this issue. If possible can you provide an up to date video demonstrating this issue we could take a look at? The video already in this thread was taken on an older version of the game so we need to see this happening on the latest version. Please also double check that your cloud saves are up to date with a save where this issue is present. Thanks.

Can you double check that the Ubisoft Connect overlay is enabled? If it isn't please try enabling it and try checking for the letter again after restarting the game and the Connect client.
