Hey there

We've received reports of players who are unable to secure the prison in the quest Courting the Kings as an enemy spawned in a rock. 

The development team has been made aware of this issue and they are currently investigating it. Once additional information becomes available, it will be posted to the forums.

In the meantime, our teams would like to use details from your progress on Assassin's Creed: Valhalla to make further research. Please make sure that your latest save has been added to the Cloud (it will have a cloud icon next to it). This step will allow us to use your save files for investigations.

Thanks for confirming that for us and we're glad to hear you've managed to resolve this. We are actively working on mitigating and preventing these crashes as much as we possibly can so hopefully this will be a temporary workaround.

There is a known issue with this that's open at the moment but your description does sound slightly different to the issue that's already been reported. Are you able to provide us with a video we could take a look at if you're able to reproduce this?

Does this apply to all your save files? What platform are you playing on? Have you beaten the expansion and if so what area is your latest save in?

Thanks for providing that for us.

Just to double check are you on the latest version of the game? This issue was apparently resolved with a prior update and we've not received many other reports of this issue since so just checking all is up to date on your end. If the issue is confirmed present on the latest version I'll report this to the team.

Hey there!

Thanks for the info. I would host the video somewhere first and then provide us with a link to the video if possible. Our file upload system on support cases has a file size limit so a link would definitely be preferred if possible as it might be difficult to compress it enough to allow it to upload. Cheers!
