I am sorry to hear you are experiencing performance issues, FPS drops and a screen tearing since the latest December 14-th update. Could you please specify if all those issues appeared after update or you've noticed some of theme before 1.4.1 update? What happens if you select the Resolution Mode instead of Performance Mode? If your TV and AV setup don't support 4K at 120hz, enabling Performance Mode might affect your output resolution in-game.

I can confirm that "Assassin's Creed Valhalla" has been tested and is compatible with Windows 11, therefore could you please provide more details to us. What happens when you start the game? Are there any errors or the game does not launch at all. Did you try to launch it from the game library or using a shortcut on your desktop? When you reinstalled the game, have you chosen another partition or was it again an installation path by default?
