To help us to take a closer look at this, would you be able to send us a video which shows the following:

That you have collected the hoard map clues for the treasures you're trying to find in Suthsexe and Hamtunscire.
That you are unable to interact to collect the loot in the correct hoard location. Please show us your exact location on the map, and that no prompt is available.

I understand you can not kill Fenrir, as he fell under the world and we recently reopened the investigation therefore would be really nice if you could provide us with a short video of the issue and please also show in the video that you game is fully updated. I understand from your post that you would like to be able to use Polish subtitles in your game. Could you please attach the image of the game box showing the edition of your game.

Once I know more about the edition of the game you own, and from which region, I'll be able to better advise you with regard to this query. It may be that the regional version of the game that you own is not one which includes Polish language, in which case you'll unfortunately not be able to select it in-game to use.

Sorry to hear you can not talk with Tarben anymore and thanks for the accurate description provided. As far as I am aware of, it happened because you said that you are busy. Can you confirm that you build the brewery? Can you send us a video that shows Tarben is not moving, so we can pass it on to the relevant department?
