@rOwLp08 Hi! Welcome to Discussions! Thank you for reaching out about this, and I apologize for the delayed reply to your case. We are experiencing a high volume of contacts at this time, but are working to reply to everyone as soon as possible. Just a note though that you need to play/launch Rainbow Six Siege for a few hours before the reward will unlock on the account. Owning both is needed but so is launching/playing the game for a bit of time. Thanks!
