Thank you for reporting this to us, and I'm sorry to read the silver boost doesn't appear to be working.

This isn't a known issue, however we can investigate. Are you perhaps able to provide a short video of you earning silver (finding it, selling things, completing a raid) so we can see how much you're earning? We can then discuss it with the AC Valhalla team to see if there's an issue.

Some games require you to play a certain amount of time before you are able to redeem their corresponding rewards, and there is sometimes a delay.

I recommend playing each of the games for about 60 minutes and that will hopefully resolve your issue.

You may be able to add your clip directly to your support case. If the file size is too large however, you can try uploading to a video sharing service such as YouTube then add the link to the case
