Hey everyone!

This doesn't appear to be a known issue, maybe it just hasn't hit us yet.

Can you all please confirm if you play on PS4, if the issue still persists for you and where you are in the story?

One suggestion would be to restart both the game & your router. I've seen game restarts fix many issues πŸ™‚

I would like to ask you some questions -

  • Which PS4 are you playing on? (Regular, Slim, Pro)
  • Would it be possible to provide a video?
  • How often would you say this happens? Is it constant or quite rare?

Comparing your system to our minimum requirements, you appear to meet them and the game should be playable at low settings.

I also understand that your FPS was recently higher, which makes this a bit of a mystery. There are no known FPS issues since Operation Shadow Legacy.

Was the update for Operation Shadow Legacy or was it for a smaller, more recent update? Do you remember which update it was?

2 final questions - How much RAM do you have installed, and what resolution are you playing?

I appreciate where you're coming from. The image helps us understand your issue however it doesn't show how the issue is reproduced; this is the most important data we can gather, as our testing team may not face the same issue.

Hello! We don't have a fix for this issue at this time, thagozu seems to be the only player that has reported this and we have no way of reproducing it.

Would it be possible to provide an issue of the issue please? Were there any steps in particular leading up to this stage that may have caused the issue?

I have seen this kind of crash before, it seems to be relates to the language files.

Please try the following solutions -

- Verify game files: https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/faqs/000025650/

- Disable background apps: https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/faqs/000025721/

- Ensure both Ubisoft Connect & Anno 1800 are trusted by your anti-virus and firewall
