Yes. I can play anywhere from 0 to 3 games before I encounter the bug. In other words, sometimes the bug occurs immediately, the first time we form a squad and play a game. Sometimes I can go 3 games before I see the bug.

Hello, I hope you are well!

We do not currently have the option to upgrade between Rainbow Six Siege editions. If you wish to access a larger edition, that edition would then need to be purchased.

If Steam would be willing, I believe the only option would be for the game to be removed from your Steam account so you can then purchase the correct edition.

With all of that in mind however, the Deluxe Edition Year 1 & Year 2 operators, all of which can instead be purchased with the in-game operator bundles for R6 Credits.

You mentioned you're unable to buy DLCs. Can you please elaborate on what is happening?

Hello LetMeOwnYou, I'm sorry to read you faced a similar issue.

At this moment in time our system is unable to determine if the disconnection was due to an issue on our side. We also can't remove penalties from all disconnections as players could deliberately disconnect to avoid a penalty. We'll keep working to improve on this, so players don't receive a sanction when they shouldn't.

Regarding the error message - This is one of the most common errors, it only tells us that your connection to Rainbow Six Siege has been lost.

Hopefully this was an isolated incident but should it continue, let us know and we'll see what we can do.
